RETURES & REFUNDS POLICY

Cancelation
We support canceling the order before shipping the product and you can get a full refund. However, after the product has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order.

Description of return
To be eligible for an exchange/return or refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the wig. Your wig must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must not have been washed, styled, colored or worn. It must also be in the original packaging.

After obtaining return authorization, goods must be returned within 3 days. In special circumstances, an extension may be granted, but the deadline must not exceed 7 days.

Non-returnable items:
Damage/loss caused by customers is not refundable.

In case there is an obvious defect with your wig from our factory, please contact Glammane customer service team with relevant photos and videos. We will notify you within 2 business days after receiving your wig and provide you with a full replacement service for the wig. Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning a product.

If you are simply unhappy with the custom style of the wig you have chosen, the way it fits you, or any other features that were clearly presented on our website prior to purchase, we will help you make an exchange. However, return shipping costs to our warehouse must be paid by the buyer. We are not responsible for shipping labels or return shipping costs.

Defective products due to our fault
If our products are clearly defective and damaged, please give feedback to our customer service staff and provide relevant photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and refund you.

Exchange (if applicable)
If you would like an exchange for a product that does not contain a defect, you will need to arrange and pay shipping costs to our warehouse in Xuchang, China, as well as shipping costs for the new product to be shipped to you. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the finding and issue the exchange (no restocking fees are charged to consumers for returned products).

Missing package
After placing an order, please double check your shipping address. If you fill in an incorrect address, this will result in delivery failure and destruction of the goods. Glammane will not compensate the loss caused by the wrong address.

Glammane is not responsible for missing uninsured packages sent to the correct delivery address. By accepting our pre-checkout terms and conditions, you agree to have read our terms of service and you agree that we are not responsible for missing packages sent to the correct delivery address.

Sending the wrong product or sending an incomplete product
Please contact Glammane service team if the product you received does not match the order you placed, if you received the wrong product or an incomplete product, please provide us with the relevant tracking number and a photo of the product. We will process it for you within 2 business days.

Return procedure

Contact Glammane customer service and explain the reason for the return (if you think the product is unsatisfactory, please provide relevant video or photos).

After our return agreement, please return the product to the correct address within 3 days and provide Glammane's tracking number.

After our warehouse staff receives the wig and verifies that there is no damage and that the conditions for product refund are met, Glammane customer service will process the refund for you.

Glammane will process the refund within 3 days. It may take 5 to 7 business days for you to receive the refund from your bank.
